Translation

Program searches for open reading frames (ORFs) in the DNA / mRNA sequence you enter. The program returns the range of each ORF, along with its protein translation.

Translation Settings

1: ORFs can begin with:
2: Only return ORFs that are at least
codons long.
3: Use the
genetic code.
4: Search for ORFs on both strands
